The person name is Bappaditya Roy. One of the best men of my life. While I was studying my master of business communication at Sikkim Manipal university. He gave me a lot of education. I am explaining his kundali here. With this all you can understand what it takes to read a kundali and how to read. What things we could know form a kundali.

We will start form 1st house and then next houses one by one. Let’s do this.

1. The rashi of the person is Scorpio and lagna of this person is Leo. What do you mean by rasi ? It is just that how our mind works and mind = moon. So, we need to check the status of moon and this will tell us how he actually mentally he is. His mental strength and mental strength. Here , moon is week / debilitated and that’s why he will be short temperament. He will be aggressive and aggressiveness will arrive with just little hot exchange.  Moon is also attached with Venus. So, mentally you will be getting luxury of life. May be your life don’t have any luxury but still you will wonder "what a life" , make sense ? Right ? . There is no aspect of any other planet.

This means knowledge , judgment , talent , education , children etc and 8th house functions like - sex , death , inheritance , loss , longevity etc also attached to lagna.
3. 2nd house - 2nd house is Virgo , this house is blank and also no association. 2nd house is mainly for profession , money , materiel things , fixed assets , cars , home , flats , gold etc. The lord of the 2nd house is mercury which is sitting in 3rd house along with sun.
4. 3rd house - The 3rd house is being guarded by sun and mercury. This is Libra house. Sun is debilitated here.   However , mercury us strong here because it is in 0 degree. That’s why mercury is strong here. All we know what mercury is for it is taking care of following areas like - motivation, interests, hobbies, sports, pleasures, assistance, servants, neighbors, short-term desires, short trips, short contacts, telephonic contacts, correspondence, writing, strength, velour, courage, stamina, initiation into spiritual practices, things heard, earrings, singing, acting talent, playing on musical instruments, manual skills, computer skills, death of parents - all areas of life will be improved. In this regard one also note that the 3rd house have mars 4th eye and Saturn 8th eye effect. So, there will be little problem getting results of functions of 3rd house. There will trouble following areas. Both mars and Saturn will create lot of hurdles for that house as well.
5. 4th house - The 4th house is occupied by Venus and Moon. This is Scorpio's house and moon is debilitated here. Moon is weak and that’s why short tempered. The Venus is also retrograde but Venus is not a malefic planet .So, being retrograde Venus will still benefit this man. The 4th house stands for mind , heart , feelings , fixed assets , happiness, close friends, all family members, the mother, all well-wishers, home, comforts, home country, landed property, houses, gardens etc. That's why Venus is affecting all those. The 4th house also have the 4th eye mars aspect and that’s why it also create some aggressive while dealing those things provided by 4th house.
6. 5th house - The 5th house is Sagittarius. The lord of the 5th house which is Jupiter is sitting on 7th house and 5th house don’t have any aspect of any association of any planets and that is why it is still empty . The empty house will work according to your past life karma and this life hard work.
7. 6th house - The 6th house in this horoscope is the most important in this horoscope. There are actually 4 planets are connected. When you see such kind of positions just have a look at the degrees then. The 4th house has ketu and Saturn association and aspect of mars and rahu. 4th house is the house of Saturn's own sign - Capricorn. Saturn is very happy here, very strong as well. Saturn have full control over own house and that’s why ketu is not much effective. All you know that ketu don’t have any head and that’s why ketu will follow Saturn and Saturn also want that too. That’s why ketu is not that important here. But the real matters are the aspect of mars and rahu. Since Saturn and rahu are friends and rahu only just have aspect and that’s why rahu will not be able to harm too much. The rest of the fight is in between mars and Saturn . This will create problems  in life. They will create problems in 6th house. However 6th house is malefic house and malefic  planets are here is actually good for native. All bad powers are reduced. The enemy eyes are also doomed. Enemies will not be able to destroy or harm you. Your power will remain stable.
8. 7th house - 7th house is the house of Saturn and this is occupied by Jupiter. This is probably the best combination. Wealth of spouse obtained. Wealth will be lucky. Wealth will be form rich family. Jupiter also aspects the lagna. This is extremely good for the native. Jupiter is here 5th lord and 8th lord and that’s why all functions of 5th house and 8th house is brought to native. 7th house also have mars 8th eye. So, there will be little aggression on family. However I do believe Jupiter can handle all this.
9. 8th house - The 8th house of this horoscope doesn’t have any planets on it. There is Saturn’s 3rd eye and this is the leader here. That’s why all work that is coming from 8th house is controlled by Saturn. As we know that Saturn’s condition is good because it is in Capricorn and that’s why there would not be too much hurdles as well. Now what is done by 8th house? 8th house tell us the longevity , the machines of nature , it tells us the knowledge of past , present and future, the mode of death , possibility of criminality , wealth of spouse , hidden matters , hidden things , hidden assets , mysterious life and death etc. The 8th house is also liable for moksha dosha . Since it is inspected by Saturn so there will be delay of getting results of functionalities of 8th house.  Since Saturn is strong it would not create too much but life will like “in the middle of something”.
10. 9th house - 9th houses is called the dharma house. This house stands for Dharma, support of nature, merits from past lives, fortunes, wisdom, Vedic Science, meditation, yagya, tapas, life philosophy, world view, faith, religion, worship, piety, morality, ethics, higher education, professional training, children, solution to problems, visits to shrines, pilgrimages, foreign travels, air travels, the guru etc. Now, there are planets and only sun and mercury have eyes on it.  That’s why we can there will be clear eyes on dharma due to mercury. Since mercury is a strong planets in this horoscope and that’s why the native will have lot of knowledge in dharma as well.
11. 10th house – The 10th is the main part of a kundli. The 10th house represent the job section, the professional section, the honor from govt., support form govt. etc. Here the 10th house doesn’t have any planet sitting on it. However, there are eyes of Venus and moon. Though Venus is retrograde and that’s why the aspect of Venus will not be too much supportive.
12. 11th house – All you know why 11th house is for Income, gains, profits, all articles, prosperity, long-term desires, fulfillment of desires, fulfillment of dreams and ambitions in life, good news, auspicious events, elder brothers and sisters, air travel, favorites, circle of friends, community, club-life, quadrupeds; the lord of the eleventh house stands for difficulties and diseases and the planets are as well taking care of that. The 11th lord is mercury and sitting on 3rd house. This means there are connection between 3rd house and 11th house. The results of 11th house will also be good because 11th lord mercury is also good.
13. 12th house - The last house is 12th house and it actually denotes the pleasure of bed and also all pleasure form family life, from luxury, from son, daughters. There are mars and rahu in 11th house and also inspected by Saturn and ketu. So , the hot environment created by mars and rahu will be destroyed by ketu and Saturn. There will be pleasure of bed.

However, one can determine 50% of his life form just lagna kundli . I just wrote it so that a common man could read his / her own kundli to know their own luck. There are also need to thorough check of dharma house, Kendra, multrikon , artha , kam etc for better commenting. A full analysis required for that . Sometimes it also may happen that much yoga is there. To judge the yoga’s, there are necessary of checking the whole kundali thoroughly and this is very important. One also sees the, house exchange, star positions and planets on same starts as well.
