As per classics 6th house , 8th house and 12th house is called dusthana houses but the fact that in today's time these houses have also benefits. Lets see what benefit you will have if you have strong 6th house , 8th house or 12th house.

6TH HOUSE - This is house is also for competition. If you have benefit mars in 6th house native will have competitive power. Native will be hard worker and will not fear to do any job. If 6th house is strong then native will do any job and will put lot of hard work.

CIRCLE OF 360 - The king of all lagna - The Leo Lagna

Dev is an student of Economics, he is the Director of West Bengal Govt. Work in the Nabanna( West Bengal Govt. headquarters ). He lives in Govt. headquarters. His wife dont live with him neither kids. He alone prepare his breakfast and then have it and then clean his own home and get ready for office. Back from office he again prepare tea in and then dinner. He neither talks with neighbours nor with the family. He even dont care what other thinking for him. But when it is matter of helping someone with their study or any other kind of help he always raise his hand 1st. So much helpful , so much cool , ambitious , peaceful minded , honest , moral  and so many good characteristics - I often used to wonder what's wrong with his wife and kids ? This person is so much helpful and honest whats problem with a particular type of people ? 

THE ANSWER IS LEO.

Just Like lion, he dont want to show his power. But when it came for competition leo wins the race. They cannot stay in behind. talk like a king , behave like a king , love like a king and when it matter of taking revenge ... He also too revenge like a king( Finish at all) . Thats call Leo.
